Welcome
Here are photos, writings and videos that I have produced. I have also participated in group exhibitions at Stewart Hall in Pointe-Claire.
The simplicity of sight versus the complexity of the mind and the wanderings of the heart. Hearing what I see and seeing... Nature is surprising like art and even more so.
The beauty perceived in nature nourishes my soul and I wish to share with you an expression mainly through photography. Beauty is multiform. It is multiplied by the prism of the eyes that contemplate it. It is a pure source that quenches the goodness too often dried up by the torment of living.
Finding in nature forms, colors, movements, writings that inhabit me as so many skins in motion that renew themselves at different rhythms. Nature that manifests itself in several themes that develop into a multitude of variations ranging from the microscopic to the galactic.
I look at this form in the sand, sculpted by the sea, waiting for the next tide. It is already part of me. My gaze gives a particular meaning to what surrounds me. This connection reveals me as an individual first, then as part of society.
Photography allows me to capture these natural "plastic" discoveries. The process of photography sharpens my gaze, makes me aware of the representations that are there and that fascinate me. It also allows me to establish an even more direct link with nature, my source. For me, photography is an art of "seizing". What I see and what touches me "seizes" me and then it's my turn to "seize" what I see in it.
Beauty enriches the soil of the heart.
Beauty makes life better.
